I think it's great how strongly opinionated you are, and how well you express what you think about things; I know so many people who hem and haw and step back from saying what they think (or don't think clearly enough to even know what they think in the first place), and even when I think you're totally wrong (not often, but it sometimes happens), I still think it's great that you know your mind and speak it well. I also think your writing is great -- I don't think I ever said, but I really really love your F&SF story. It's so sweetly creepy and twisted, and I totally adored Rosalie by the end. I'm still waiting eagerly for you to get more stuff published, so that I can throw more money your general direction. ♥

And even if you didn't (which you won't), you have such a great sense of humor that you'd be able to laugh it off (and probably end up getting a bunch of people laughing along with you). I think it's great how much you love classics and writing and poetry and just words in general, and I hope you'll get to do some more writing when life and school and things calm down for you, because I know you get a lot of joy out of that. ♥

Some of my best and favorite memories from New York involve you -- and not just the glamorous/exciting ones, but lots of the times we were just sitting around shooting the breeze. You have a great heart and a great laugh, and I miss both of those things far too much while I'm far away in Texas. I'm still really grateful to Celli for dragging me along to the lunch where I hung out with you and Lyra for the first time at MJ. ♥
